I am looking for a student to take over my contract to Liberty Heights for a luxury studio room.
Due to a health problem I have returned back to my country and I need to give to another student my studio room
Its available any date beginning of December or beginning of January. My contract is until end of August 2020, but I am willing to give it for fewer months.
Its a 17sqm room, with a double bed, study area with desk and chair, , fitted kitchen with microwave which doubles as an oven, hob and fridge, en suite bathroom, under bed storage, independent heating and cooling, 50Mb/s wifi, all utilities included. Price is 225pounds per week
